Post-Glimpse Pathfinding

A Glimpse can be astonishing and life-altering. But it quickly becomes confusing, once the immediacy of the sensation begins to fade and the tactile responsibilities that make up living our daily life resurface. Feeling out of balance or out of alignment is expected, and totally normal.

Good news! This a safe place to take a deep breath, get oriented, and start planning the next steps on your path!

What is a Glimpse?

A Glimpse is a powerful experience that can alter (or even shatter) our previous notions or perceptions of reality. It often involves a deep feeling of Oneness or Unity, and an intense recognition that we are deeply connected with nature, the universe, and all other beings. In a Glimpse-moment, we know this unity, connection and experience to be True.

In almost all cases, when fully explored, a Glimpse can herald a significant life change:

  • An intense desire to seek a deeper Truth, to investigate this new reality, and to achieve this Glimpse-state again.

  • Explorations may initiate further profound changes, including new perspectives on how to approach and live this life.

Pathfinding

The Path to Truth is not linear. It is not marked. It meanders. As you keep moving, you’re bound to get lost. That’s the point. When you are lost, you are in a space and place larger than your current knowing. Expanding beyond what you currently know is essential. Getting a bit lost allows you to find your new way!

A Pathfinder is one who Knows Truth and the end destination. Direct-experience exploring many paths. Not afraid to step off the well worn paths. Relishes all the lessons that getting lost and then found bring. A friend to help navigate and provide timely support.

Alignment Sessions

After experiencing this astonishing and potentially confusing Glimpse-event, what is the next step on your path ? How do you learn more, experience more, dive deeper? Where do you start?

I act as a guide and friend to help start you on your journey, and bring a coaching approach to holding space in our sessions. Pre-work to set the stage and post-work for integration are essential components and included in each session.
